Journal - going through hell but thanks to you its getting better

Swim started a post 'cravings going mad' and wanted to start a journal of whats been going on with swims withdrawal and cravings so here goes.

swim has now been sober for 5 days, swim actually made it through the weekend yeah!!!
it seems so much harder not to drink on the weekends but fri, sat & sun are just days of the week, same as the rest as for swim doesnt work.
MADE IT x

the only problem swim has found (which shouldn't of started) is when swim craves real bad, swim goes to bed to sleep it off. which is starting another habit.
swim is keeping herself busy, swim is an artist and drawing helps alot (when swim has got the shakes then swim gets very frustrated)

finding new past times helps aswell something different to focus on, swim is trying to conquer sewing!!

also swim would like to say this, D/F has really helped swim, thought to herself over the weekend, if swim drinks what is swim going to write on the forum, what excuse, swim knows swiy will support swim and write kind words and very helpful suggestions, so swim is thinking D/F is like swims councellor when swim cant get hold of her.
