difference between oxycontin and morphine (pills)

what is stronger, or better high, or what? maybe preference?

swim has tried morphine (snorted pill) but doesnt remember it having much euphoria, he was nodding and everything, was a nice experience but i don't know. swim was told it was "synthetic morphine" what does that mean?
