Driving on concerta when you don't have ADD?

SWIM was wondering what your thoughts are on this, bear in mind i'm talking about in the UK, and after taking only 1 tablet in the morning.
What are the chances of getting caught and consequences, does it come up on a drug test? There doesn't seem to be any noticable effects either like diluted pupils or jaw clenching.
