Effects - IV Cocaine vs. freebase

Recently tried IV coke for the first time, 1/4 gm. of very pure stuff.



I don't have much desire to try base or crack, as nothing good ever
seems to come from the stuff. I am curious, however, how the
effects differ between IV and base-like intake. Effects, time
duration, etc.



Any input appreciated.

I find the effects very similar-short, very intense high quickly followed by strong urge for more, jones, antsiness. Although I am an IV user, when i comes to coke the base method is better IMO because shooting blow will make you inject several times over a short period, causing track marks very quickly. Also my hands get shakey and cocaine is a local anastetic so you cant feel the needle do any potential damage. Shooting blow once in a while is ok, but not very social if you have to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes to rig up. Rock is more convient in this case if you are after the intense coke rush. Just my thoughts on the matter.

When I did IV C I felt like the intense rush lasted for 20
minutes. It was so intense that I wondered for a while why anyone
even liked it. I'll probablydo it again, but after the initial 20
minutes I felt a high like I get from snorting it that lasted for what
seemed like hours. No way did I feel like doing more in 15
minutes.
