2-3 years old GBL, is it still good?

SWIM's GBL must be 2-3 years old, is it still good? SWIM didn't use it for that long as it didn't seem to be that much different than alcohol and SWIM don't like that either. Now SWIM is in need of a CNS depressant as he soon will get MDPV and other stimulants.
