Dose - Oral Consumption question.

Hello everybody. So, swim normally takes 54mg of concerta daily, along with 60mg citalopram(celexa). One day, while back Swim doubled up his dose of Concerta (108mg) and found that the effects were hightened but not to what he had hoped. Swim was wondering what a safe amount would be for rec/ speed like use of this drug. Swim has herd of crushing but knows it is a huge hassle. Would it be safe for swim to take 3 of the 54mgs? (162 mgs) or even go to 4 of them (216 mgs)? swim is really just worried about the general safety of this rather than the side effects. Swim has read about people taking much more without the tolerance swim has, but swim wanted to be sure thanks.
