Do taking turns btween Mphenidate and other stimulant help with tolerance building?

Swim is surprised on how fast ritalin tolerance builds on, after 1 month you need to double the dosage to feel anything.
So I was wondering: will the tolerance build so fast if someone alternate the ritalin usage with another stim? Like 15 days on ritalin and another 15 days on Adderall.
