How to move powder without waste

Hi
I'm new here and was curious for the best methods of moving powder of various research chemical from a satchel to scales and to other places without wasting amounts from dropping off or sticking to surfaces.

Usually I just use a pair of tweezers to handle the powder by pushing it into where it has to go but there has to be a better method.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum it's my first day
