Dose for a person with ADHD to get high off of Concerta?

I'm a beginner and I currently do not take it so this is what I have to work with. What sort of side affects will it cause in something with rather severe anxiety?

*I want to take orally. I know I have to take apart the extended release time capsule but could use some tips. I have seen so many different ones I don't know which one I should follow.
