mescaline cactus scamming, or stupid college kid?

Hey, I know of someone who ordered 60 grams of PT powder off of a well known internet auction hot spot and did not want to bother extracting, so the person used like 80 pills to capsule it, anyway long story short nothing at all happened. The person was upset, also the 5 grams of morning glory seeds they sent free also did nothing. Is it a bad idea to auction for these kinds of things? is there a scammer out there? or was it just that the person was lazy and didnt boil the material? really need to know, the person is curious if they should try again. Thanks!

also has some low quality kratom selling for cheap. But the morning glory has me stumped, pulling a switch doesn't have much of a monetary gain with them as it does with PT.
Does he still have one? Plant it, it will grow and MG looks pretty distinctive.

i sugest you order the fresh cactus and not the powder. the
powder contains phenethylamines. last i knew was that the
dea/coustoms could test samples for the content of
phenethylamines. if pedros become illegal, its going to be
because of people ordering dryed powder or chips. so my legal
advice is to order cuts, and grow them for a little bit. you can
stress them for water and make them more potent, or give them ideal
conditions and get more raw weight of plant.
