SWIM has done this many times and thinks its a horrible horrible idea. Basically SWIM would be happy as hell getting ready and once arriving at his destination would be not such a happy camper. Thus needing more to continue his use.

i usually just drink like 3 cans of red bull, its cheaper and does work. what about a little bit of base, i mean a really little bit, just so it wakes your body up but you cant feel it. im talkin like a speckle, thats just an alternative tough, its seems like you have your heart set on waking up using coke.

Good points to all. A little in the morning, 'the cup of coffee'
as I call it is nice. It makes for a good commute, with the coffee, and an appreciation for what we all have. I've spent a few slighted drives to work or play and habitually think of how beautiful the drive is, almost like what you'd find with pot. Addiction sure, but I think we all know of the dangers of making charlie a part of your morning. Cola, as I see it called, is a short term actor. Work is long term in the sense that you have to be there eight hours and you will come down not too far into it. I guess it depends on how you come off it. It becomes a balance between initial enjoyment and later battling the tired, spacy, and irritable and even slightly fiending for the next couple hours. A side note, out of experience, if you come off charlie 'no problem' consistently, it is an indicator of addiction. For some people like myself, a pattern of the cup of coffee leads into one in the bathroom at lunch or worse, break. some people handle addiction differently. if deep down in your gut you are even slightly worried about your situation, the cup of coffee will progress. your subconscience knows the situation better than the mind you reason with. |

at least you guys dont use jackhammers 6-8 hours a day. in his dream i had, i did some before work, crashed, and the rest of the day was a living nightmare.

Coke does work orally too. It comes on slower, is less euphioric,
and lasts much longer than blowing it. Much more of a morning stimulant that way. Stick it in a gelcap, or in your cola or coffee, and drink up. |

SWIM used to use bumps of some pretty pure back in HS in the mornings to wake him up and by his 2nd class he would be fine and awake

SPARE has done some 'cain drinking lately....SPARE ... mixes nice combo...... 32 oz gaterade a red bull .... 1/2 gram yay....then just keep in work fridge and SPARE sips as needed all day to keep ...workin and workin.... no probs really seems to be diff. effect... lasts longer......more subtle ...hope that helps...

swim usually leaves enough for a line left over. swim likes a line in the morning after a long night binging with people. especially friday mornings (like today) swim has to get up by 9 and get to class and its very hard because swim is always out partying hard thursday nights. swim is still up from yesterday (thursday)
thank god swim has add and gets adderall because swim gave the last of her yay to a friend who tried for the first time and honestly, its not as fun doing blow by herself so swim gave the last of the yayo to her guy friend to calm him down. thank god swim still has adderall ( we like to call it diet coke here lol) it helps her get going in the morning so muchhh. |

SWIM always keeps half a gram at least for the next morning/day. A couple of lines makes SWIM ready for work and then he puts the 1/2 left in a nasal spray, mostly to help with the anxiety.

Given that SUDDEN DEATH, HEART ATTACK and STROKE RISK is 30-50% HIGHER DURING MORNING HOURS, I don't think its a particularly good wake up technique. But that's just me.

its a matter of dose...
a line of cocaine would be 20-30mg, thats way too much for waking up. Swim has used 2-3mg of cocaine with some regular tea and is a very very nice wake up. Much more than caffeine... |

Swim thinks that this is a very bad idea and a serious fast-track to addiction. He has done it a couple of times, both times to catch very early morning flights but certainly would not reccomend making it anything like a regular thing.

swim can relate to all. when swim first started doing blow he always snorted it and did this for years. in the begining stages of blow, swim would love to do maybe two decent size rails right after breakfast. definately decent lines, but nothing monsterous. but as time went on with doing blow, he would do more and more, and over time felt the more negative effects, especially the comedown. it got more pronounced more and more all the times through out those couple years. eventually swim would just fiend. like as said above, swim would feel great and wake up and love the car ride to work, but by the time work came which was constuction... well yeah you get the idea. unless swim wanted to do all his blow. a great way to continue the "just morning wakeup" is to have a small amount of a benzodiazepine. particularly the longer lasting ones as they aren't as intense and aren't quite so hypnotic and will make swim sleepy. just maybe a small dose of valium (diazepam) like 10mg or clonazepam .5mg. that will take the edge off just enough to not be trashed on benzos, cause thats definately not a good thing either, specifically with the labour jobs like swim had. swim heard earlier the possibility of a little base. IMO that's probably THE WORST thing to do lol. it lasts like 5 mintues tops lol and completely defeats the purpose of the wake up coffee substitute. swim wouldn't do anything but fiend. thats it lol. or even worse by far, a coke shot as in intraveneous injection. that will last a good 5 mintues but it is THE WORST comedown intesity wise although not nearly as long duration as comedown from blowing. swim really hates shooting and smoking as the fiending goes up 1000 fold lol. swim would do ALL of his shit before he went to work wether it's a half a gram or a quarter ounce. ugh. swim cringes thinking about it as he has done that shit too many times before work. for all these swiys blowing, just stick to that or swiy is going to turn in to someone else they've never seen before and that person is quite disgusting. oh yeah as said above, a little adderall/whatever amphetamine, particularly dextro of course isn't a bad idea. but even better is the meth also mentioned above. swim would do a wakeup line, or even better by 1,000,000 fold, an intraveneous shot of meth like a .25 gram being that either way one does it, the high is going to be there for a very long time, when comparting to coke. no matter if it's shot, snorted, or rollin a bowl, that will keep swim good for at least like 4 hourse so one could just do two doses of methamphetamine to get all the way through work and feeling good. but just IMO. good topic.

why do people feel the need to use 100-200mg of cocaine in one go?
Just use 2-5mg for the love of god, it wakes you up without actually causing any noticeable psychotropic effects. This is cultural, we have connected cocaine to partying, but as all active substances it has more uses. Sprinkle 5mg of cocaine to your milk/tea/whatever and its pretty much like drinking a cup of coffee only better. It DOES have addictive pottential but then again SO DOES COFFEE (btw SWIepote uses neither coffee nor cocaine to wake up, if he feels sleepy he SLEEPS, its that simple) |
