Heroin in ecstasy pills

SWIM is curious about something ridiculous that swim's neighbor said. SWIM was asking about the E in swim's area, and was told that the best pills around now are orange and had heroin in them. To swim this was the dumbest thing swim had ever heard come out of a person's mouth. Swim told this person that that did not make any sense at all, and would be a waste of whoever's heroin, but swim's nieghbor insited that these pills had it in there. Swim was thinking that one would have to eat alot of heroin to feel it, which would be an expensive endevor, so putting it into a normal priced pill for the area would be a huge waste of cash. Now the whole point of this thread is has anyone else heard of said dumb rumor, from ignorant people anywhere else? Or is swim wrong and this has been done and confirmed? Swim feels that swim is correct in his assumption.
