I am very inrested in sports as i played football (quit for lax training) and most importantly lacrosse (lax for you ppl who are unfamiliar with the term). I play goalie, and i work on aggility drills, often i take adderall when doing low weight training and high repitition drills. this seems to give me the extra energy to do the extra 100 pushups or so, but i have noted i have difficulting when i take adderall b4 doing higher weight training such as squating or benching.... i know this technique is dangerious and i stay well hydrated, i force myself to eat enuff carbs for energy, and dont force myself into a state of exhaustion that i feel dangerious...
has anyone else ever used adderall as "workout drug"
