Is PCP making a comeback?

Is PCP making a comeback? (in the US at least?)
So far this year 2 of the DEA's laboratories have seen their largest submissions of PCP in their history. And I've been noticing a lot more reports of arrests around the country involving PCP.

So curious what other swimmers experiences are out there. Is there any sign it is becoming more popular / available?
