Codeine withdrawal?

Any swimmers out there care to speculate how severe the withdrawal would be on a user taking 250-300mg of codeine per day. Swim knows the classic opiate withdrawal deal, but is just wondering if there is anyone who has gone through it, who uses an amount similer to swim. Swim ran out of his scripts this morning(tues) and though he did a cwe split into two doses of 80-90mg. What should swim expect? On a scale from 1-10? Swim has never ran out before, he was to lazy to get his scripts filled yesterday, and doc is away for 3 days. Thanks.
