Question Adderall + Wellbutrin - Reduced stimulant effect?

I am prescribed Effexor, Wellbutrin SR, and Abilify. I occasionally take Adderall and various other drugs recreationally.

Ever since I started taking Wellbutrin, stimulants have a reduced effect. I've experienced this with cocaine and Adderall. The stimulants just do not work as well.

My question is: Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any documentation of this issue?

I once found an article stating that anti-depressants may reduce the effects of Cocaine, but I can no longer find it.

Also: What is the best way to take Adderall XR to get the strongest result? I know they are basically useless, but I figured someone might know what I don't.
