Question Excercise whislst withdrawing

Just a quick question SWIM wants to know if there are any dangers in light running and excercise whist withdrawing off gbl. With this I mean both in a tapering method or cold turkey. When in the grips of full withdrawal symptoms, wouldit be too much for the heart or body to take?

Ive heard people say the endorphines are an obvious plus, but SWIM is concened on heart rates etc.

HAs anybody have any information on this at all previous experiences?
