LEGAL Herbal Elixers

SWIM has been messing around with single herbal extracts (tinctures) lately, and am interested in discovering enjoyable syngerise of legal herbs. SWIM is not interested in any type of hallucinogenic effects. Currently SWIM has some kava root, blue lotus, & kratom sitting in 80 proof alcohol. SWIM was considering ordering wild dagga as well. Please post any of your experiences or tried and true recipes.
