You can buy marijuana in coffeeshops of The Netherlands, but why can't you grow it or sell it in bulk legally?


What about research chemicals? Are the legal?

1. The law in my country (holland) is kind of soft, compared to other countries. The softdrugs (hasj and weed) can be bought legally in coffeeshops and can be smoked legally as well. You can allso have 5 plants of your own from which you can smoke. when you posess more than five plants, you can be taken in custody. About the harddrugs, theire illegal in Holland as well, but when you get caught with an amount less than 0,5 gram, they will only take the drugs away from you but you won't get arrested (so that is 0,5 gram of coke, heroin, speed or approximately 5 pills) The o,5 gram is seen as a users-amount, when you posess more you'll be seen as a dealer and sent to prison.


2. you cannot take cannabis to germany as far as i know, but there are coming an awfull lot of drugs tourists from germany to holland, they come for one day, smoke smoke smoke and then go back to germany again.


3. herbal xtc (ephedra) is also legal in Holland, you can buy it in smartshops, as well as magic mushrooms. 2 or 3 years ago you could also buy GHB there, but that is now seen as aharddrugs as well.

I'm from the USA salvia is curently still legal but things are poping up on CNN and other news startions that portray it in a very negative lite so i don't think it will be around for long.


Ephedrine is legal here too u kan get it in any drugstore.
