Hi,

I'm on 40mg Oxycontin slow release and 20mg Oxcodone rescue X 12ea daily. I was thinking of using Hydromorphone (I think its Dilaudid) for rescue. If I ask my MD for it I'd better know the equivilancy for the rescue Oxycodone becaue he won't look it up and will probably start me on the lowest dose.

Anyone with experience with these two please comment.
