Need assistance - Have I found a nice Amanita muscaria patch?

First off, I have searched fairly extensively to try and avoid "just another Amanita thread" but couldn't really find what I wanted. Plus I felt the need for individual attention as I have a few photos and would like assistance in confirming whether or not these are Amanita Muscarias (plus a possible need for extra caution!!). I've done some research but never picked them before so I'd rather run the risk of being scoffed at on here than just eating it and dying. A lot of the info on the net is generalised at best and I would feel much more at ease discussing my find with someone with experience, who knows exactly what they're talking about.

I was walking the dog a few days ago and decided to head into the woody area to see if I could find some Amanitas, as I have been told that they're best found around birch trees. Whether they're Amanitas or not, this for me was an exciting discovery as I half-heartedly targeted this spot, not really expecting to find anything:

I THINK the tree on the left is a Birch??

This last pic looks like a fresh one growing, it actually looked quite yellow when I first saw it. I've got an updated one taken about ten minutes ago which I'll upload later.

There were some other growths about, are these just dead Amanitas, or what? They've caused me some concern as I heard about one shroom in the Amanita group which is white/grey and smooth all over and very, very deadly. Supposing they are the deadly sort, would it be prudent to avoid eating the Muscarias growing among them? There were a few of these around about in the same spot as above; dog lead is there for scale, the leather handle is about ten inches long so these little fellows here are about two to three inches:

Sorry if these pictures come out HUUUGE and that this post will be a long one with all the pictures but it's quite important to me to make sure I've not mis-identified anything.

Also, I've not used "SWIM" in this post since I'm not doing nor planning to do anything illegal.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
