hydrocodone, naltrexone and a UA

so swim has been reading through some threads regarding opiates and piss tests but she still has some questions.

swim is in an outpatient program for opiates ( not really something she chose herself obviously) and they randomly drug test. swim is also on the opiate-blocker medication naltrexone (ughh..)
today she was cleaning and found a full bottle of hydrocodone/ apap 5/500.
1.how many days does swim need to wait until the naltrexone will wear off so she can get effects from the hydrocodone and
2. how many days will the hydrocodone be detectable in a piss test (swim couldn't find a picture of the exact one but its a kind where the lid of the cup has the detectors and one would activate it by turning the cup (with pee) on its side.
obviously swim will drink a shit load of water and exercise to speed up her metabolism
