cracking down on the Lords of Drugtown...

Well in an earlier post I had told you guys about a story of what happned the other day where I got searched inside a gated community which had been a safe haven for our whole crew of drug users/pot smokers. The police never came in there everything was fine. However, I guess things have changed. In the area a couple of dealers have been busted recently and now our hallowed gated community is under seige.


For so long, a drive around the community would be fine to smoke some weed easily. But now they are putting the local undercover drug enforcement in there. (Fake van, unmarked cars)


Half the kids in our group that hang actually live in the community so none of us are "trespassing" but now when some of us check through the gates it seems like the police/undercover squad is immediately called.


One of th security guards pretty much told someone that the community told the police about the drug use/sales that have been going on in here and now they are cracking down. No casualties yet in the war, except Ive had two close calls.. we are all starting to realize a "drive around" isnt going to cut it any more..

You have no business driving while smoking pot, or at the very least no
business bitching about LE trying to keep you from doing so. And the
fact that you refer to yourself and your friends as 'kids' makes me wonder
if you're actually 18 as required by this site's user agreement. (*edit* I
may be misremembering that rule, in which case I apologise.)

Not one of your friends has a safe and secure place for your group to
smoke out?

I live in a small, tight condo complex, and have smoked several times
daily for years without my neighbors even knowing, let alone considering

I suppose what I meant was, despite my best wishes, my opinion will be
seen to make me a dick. Maybe some other forum members will post
their opinions on driving around while doing drugs and form a
concensus regarding my attitude.

To put things in perspective...if I were one of your neighbors, and I didn't
think I'd be risking trouble on my own part, I'd be happy to let you and
your buds quickly and discretely smoke out in my backyard.

It sounds to me like people are aware of sales and intoxicated driving
going on, and don't care to have that in their neighborhood, which I

One of my neighbors has some lawn chairs set up in his driveway in
front of his garage and nightly 1-4am he can be seen sparking a bong on
and off. This is plain retarded as cops could conceivably drive by not
to mention the fact they surround his house about every 3 months.
Seriously I know so many of my friends have been busted for doing it in
public, go to your backyard.

Damn! Explain to your friends to smoke the pot out of sight. But smoke tobacco in the bong out front. Unless having a bong is against the law where you live. It is inmany places. Anywho - the police grab them for smoking tobacco. Take them to court. Your friends get R.J.Reynolds to pay for the attorneys to skewer the porkers. End Game. Make the assholes pay for everything.

One of my friends got busted going 100mph with a pipe with a packed bowl on the dash.



Smoking tobacco out of a bong in public is a good idea if you're bored and wanna tangle with local LE lol.

If you're driving around the neighborhood smoking
pot to where the neighbors are calling the cops on
you and your friends, it would appear that you've
done more to PROVOKE the situation in your failure
to exercise the proper discretion required for
responsible use.
