Carisoprodol + Tramadol + Oxycodone *QUESTION*

Sorry, I just googled and figured y'all could help. I've been lurking around for ~10 minutes and figured y'all seem nice enough to help me out.

Let's say someone happened upon

Three Carisoprodol (2410 V)
One Tramadol (AM 627)
One Oxycodone (Watson 749)

and he believes that these are what they are because pill identifiers help, but the inscriptions are right there, and he has no idea what to do with any of them; what would be the best way to utilize these five pills?

As in, get the most out of them.
