Health - How bad is it?

SWIM can remember today's dosage exactly, and it was more than "usual", even though SWIM has only done it roughly 8 times. Today SWIM snorted 80mg of Focalin ht tp://en.wikipedia. org/wiki/Dexmethylphenidate [ER] then took(orally) five 5mg tablets of immediate release. Before SWIM snorted anything SWIM slung back 2oz of 80PROOF Vodka to make snorting possible.* If SWIM were to continue doing this daily, what kind of harmful effects will it have on SWIM's body?

SWIM is going to work on just snorting without having to use alcohol to not feel the pain of snorting. That way SWIM will know how much is the right amount to feel "good" and not chalk it up to the booze.

SWIM has found snorting is the only way which gets SWIM high. SWIM has tried oral, which SWIM uses for actual medicinal purposes, and boiling in aluminum foil, which smelled like shit and did nothing.
