Experiences - SWIX is not tyring to lecture people but please hear this out.

SWIX is a young cat. his profile says 30 something since he messed up but he is really 22. Anyways, SWIX had a sad point in his life and began drinking heavily last october, SWIX shouldve gotten help but he didnt and continued to drink and drink and drink. Finalily around june SWIX was pushing 500-750ml of hard stuff a night. SWIX couldnt stop but Drinking made him feel good and hurt his relationships but at the same time his emotional state and relationship problems caused him to drink, its a horible cycle. The fourth of july... SWIX took 5 shots of brugal(downed at once) at 3pm, then on the way to fireworks SWIX had two 32oz cups of beer, Went on to the club he bounces at(free stuff) and had 4 long island ice teas and about 4 shots, all of this ended with a arguement with his wife. About 9-10pm SWIX hops on a train very emotional on the way home... Swix in a very fragile state and realizing he always carries a knife(live in a d.c.) and remember the relief that cutting use to have as a teen when he was sad. SWIX grabbed the knife so that about 1-2" of blade was showing and proceded to stab himself in the abdominal region multiple times. SWIX remembers stabbing himself and have a huge mental breakdowna nd just hitting absolute rock bottom.
I guess SWIX is writing this, which is the first time ive come clean to really anyone, after he read another thread where a guy was losing control because of a possum loss. Swix doesnt want to see anyone to go to the hospital for jaundice, stomache problems, or because they were drunk and emotional.
Please Drink Responsibly, since my accident i have had 250ml of rum and maybe a 6 pack...
