the first thing NIK did was to mix clean pse [Pseudoephedrine I imagine - Dickon] in with his stash, three reasons, first to stretch out the amount of meth he had, secondly to start using diluted meth , to ween the body , get it use to less. And thirdly was because it taste better with pse in it, it really tastes like real meth of the old school generation.

the best pills found to clean were red 30mg generic drug store brand, the store has three letters in its name.

I will add the tek to remove the binders at a time in near future, but one is easy to find on the forum.

then the second part of the way Nik kicked the meth habit coming soon. Luv btdta

the next thing done to kick the habit was to move away, NIK moved to a place where he did not mix with people who were into anything like that.

yes he could have found people to get into those bad things , but he didnt...

so then after a few months away , he was able to move back to his old area but without the sack on his back and no desire to restart the endless cycle.

The Key is to not want to use, the answer is change.

in order to kick a habit one must first desire to rid themselves from the addiction. second they must do things different , and third rid themselves from the people who do not want to quit, the company you keep is a peek into who you will become.

remember you wasn't born addicted, so you dont have to die addicted.
