Effects - ill effects

Swim took about 80mg of IR generic through-out the day, half eaten, half snorted. Swim hasn't done any sort of amp in years.

Swim is totally fine while laying down, no rapid heart beat, no nausea, totally cool; but when he gets up he can barely walk he gets so dizzy, ears start ringing and his heart rate sky rockets! Swim doesn't even want to get up anymore lol.

Swim has work in 8 hrs, it has been at least 2 hrs since his last dose, anyone think he will be okay by morning, he's still having a great time just laying there, all the ill effects come only when he stands up, he says its pretty overwhelming when he gets up.

I would guess that SWIY is (possibly severely) stressing his heart, I suspect some form of pulmonary hypertension, which may be causing lasting damage to the pulmonary veins/arteries. If I am correct, SWIY should refrain from stressing his heart (stop trying to stand/walk) until the effects of amphetamine wears off.

I do not know if he will be fine in 8 hours or not, but I hope he plans to sleep somehow between now and then, and that he cools it with such a high dosage of amphetamine. Certainly, if SWIY notices lasting effects, he should see his doctor.

Swim is all good now thanks, he just chilled out, he doesn't think he did any permenant damage. Damn swim forgot how powerful amph can be, lesson learned, he won't do more than 40mg in a day after that terrible ordeal
