Other - Where to start with dried material?

My cat got some dried mescaline based cactus and is wondering what on earth to do with it. She is hoping for a good trip with hopefully no or little discomfort like vomiting. Any prep guide, dosage etc specifically for dried would be appriciated as all guides are for fresh stuff. Does she make some sort of tea? And how? Thanks, my cat really appriciates any help.
