TokeToke is an unknown quantity at this point

So I guess Florida is a "Mandatory" state where all accounts must be booked unlike a "Decrimanalized" state where first accounts of a small ammount of marijauana will not be booked.

So if I get caught with a dime or a quarter, Im going to jail for the night? Whats the deal?

Luckily where im going to college is decrimanalized and 30g or less doesnt have any jail time with it..
