Experiences - 1740 mg Two days no tolerance

Swim went to see a doctor on the 19th of august to get a rit. prescription (20mg x 30) for college because swim has post concussive syndrome.

Later that night he went and smoked a few bowls of MJ he had gotten (had only smoked like 10 times before this in his life). He was caught by his mom after the third bowl and got really depressed (it was weird cause he was totally high.. then got depressed.. then forgot about it... then got depressed etc).

The next day swim didn't want to look like he had any after effects that he gets from MJ and didn't want to be depressed so he took some of his ritalin (20 mg). He wasn't in his right mind so he took five... but snorted them.

He went downstairs to watch TV with his mom and try to seem normal. They started watching those hour long Twilight Zone episodes from the fifth season that kind of suck, but Swim was really enjoying them. He no longer had any depression and felt totally great.

Over the course of the day he took 20 of the 20mg he had gotten from the doctor and just felt absolutely amazing all f- ing day until late at night (he felt like this haha). He started getting EXTREMELY paranoid and anxious late at night so he took four xanax (0.5 mg), that he had gotten from the doctor and which he also had no tolerance to so he was out like a light.

The next day Swim snorted the ten that were left from his new prescription along with ten that had remained from his six month old prescription (10 x 54mg concerta). Swim again felt really great... but not quite as great as before. He didn't sleep at all for two days and ended up getting f'd for his first few days at college.

Swim had a great time while up, but a terrible time while down.

So he has a few questions he wanted me to ask you guys.

1. He heard this kind of recreational use of ritalin is similar to cocaine is this true? And if it is how so?
2. What kind of experiences has swiy had at this kind of dose.. was it similar?
3. Does swiy get waves of being really really paranoid and anxious when coming down? (Swim spent upwards of three hours walking back and forth between the doors in his room listening for anyone that might be coming... but was still euphoric it was wierd).
4. Is the recreational use of adderall similar to this? How is it different?

He would also love to hear your comments, experiences, and opinions regarding this post.

Btw Swim is totally fine now though he thought he would be permanently damaged while using (He really thought he would be f'd forever from it).
