Drug info - deprenyl - how long after stopping can swim take drugs ?

Swim has been taking deprenyl 2.5 mg for 7 days , in 2 weeks time swim has a major night of clubbing planned. Swim stopped taking Deprenyl 2 days ago , is 2 weeks off Deprenyl enough time to take drugs like mdma or mephedrone without serious interaction ??

While this is ill advised and swim does not recommend it swim has taken serotoninergenic drugs while on deprenyl with no ill effect. I would advise against dopaminergenic drugs such as amphetamines though.

It should be noted that this was on 5mg deprenyl per day and that at over 10mg deprenyl loses its mao-b selectivity - taking drugs then could be very bad and lead to serotonin syndrome.

To be on the safe side, and avoid taking one while under the influence of the other, I would say that 2 days would be sufficient. I am basing this on how quickly the flat, blah feeling comes after ceasin taking deprenyl which to me indicates it is no longer working.

wicked - swim should be laughing then as it will have been 14 days since swim took deprenyl, should be fine to take mephedrone after 14 days off it
