Cleansing the system of THC help

Okay SWIM'S panda was with her sister and her friend the other day. Panda tells me that they were in the car smoking weed, of couse he will need to be clean by October. Panda only took 3 hits and it was mostly beat and res. Panda is pretty hefty i'd say 200lbs, he plans on getting more fit over the next 20 days. What should panda do to help clean his system
