I heard about this legal pill that has the exact same effects as Heroin. It's called oxycotten. Does anyone know anything about it? Appearently if you're addicted to it, they put you on Methadone. Same as Heroin, but legal.

Its oxycontin. It's only legal if you have a prescription. Its very awesome, it is NOT, however, the same as heroin, although some effects are similar. Yes, lots of peopole know more about it than me. Not sure about addiction either. Also, from what I've seen, its almost HARDER to get than H, atleast in my heroin.

I thought it was Oxycotin. I read it on some forum full of anti-drug people. Of course they dont know how to spell it.

I was hoping that somebody could describe its effects more exactly. Im very curious about it. Im not interested in trying it, but im wondering now about what kind of substance it is.

Its a narcotic painkiller, makes you feel warm and fuzzy and nice inside. I like it a lot..


Oxycodone is the active ingredient and the only primary one in Oxycontin.

i am 5 weeks clean from a 2 1/2 year oxy addiction. I could shoot up 2 80mg pills at once and barley get high.


It was the worst 2 years of my life and the past month has been hell to clean up. I tried to quit many times and it is tthe worst pain you will ever feel.


I got started with curiosity....maybe trying it once wont hurt?


WRONG..once leads to me a 2 year junky trying to straighten my life out...at least i had the balls to finally ask for help....dont let it happen to you!

Glad that you're clean, man. Shooting pills isnt the best for your heart heart and kidneys either. 50% of the pill is just scrap material called binders, it's not pure Oxy.

My friends grandmother is an Oxy addict. She takes them orally as perscribed, but it kind of reminds me of the old lady in Requiem for a dream.

SWIM had an oxycodone habit back in the mid 80's himself. "Just" Percocets tho, but man did it suck. That's one drug that kicks ass in small quantities, except it feels so good it's harder than hell to keep it down to small quantities. Once it's a habit, there are few things worse than oxycodone. Can't sh*t, can't eat, can't sleep, can't breathe, and can't quit...

(OK, a bit of an exaggeration on the eating/breathing, but not much. Had a couple cases of double-pneumonia that year, cuz it makes your breathing shallow so your lungs don't clear out bacteria).Edited by: Nicaine

Yea, oxycotin is an opiate painkiller that provides a similar high to herion, but not as strong. That is why some people call it hillbilly heroin. It is much stronger than stuff like vicodin, as it is often times perscribed to treat opiate tolernant patients. It is very addicting though. I would not recommend it unless you are able to keep use low, and for alot of people, that's easier said than done.
