Truxal / Chlorprothixene

Hi everybody ]

I've been taking truxal for about 2 years. For sleeping.

I started with a 15 mg dosage and for the last 6 months a 50 mg dosage.

Now I want to stop taking them because of the nasty side effects.

My question.
Is a gradual reduction necessary ? Or can I just stop from one day to the other ? What do I do ? Please help me.
