Hopping off the BZP bandwagon
Hi all, first of all, swim is glad to be on board, he's a nube and could use a little advice... You see, swim has been using BZP on a daily basis for about a month so that he could keep up with and enormous work load.
Now he tells me that work is quiet again but he's been taking 200-400 mg a day for so long he has sort of developed a dependance on it. He has tried to come off it during weekends but has very, very little energy once back at work. So swim drops another cap and tears through his days work like it were a wet paper bag!Swim is wondering if swiy can suggest any detox/comping strategy, BZP has been illegal here in New Zealand for some time now and underground supply is burning a hole in swims pocket/brain. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated by swim Thanx

Re: Hopping off the BZP bandwagon
I'm no expert but here's an idea: SWIY should gradually lower their doses, leading to the weekend and then quit on Friday and abstain for the weekend as before.
SWIY should have good multivitamins. SWIY should exercise and eat healthy. Some supplements besides the multivitamin that may help: Piracetam and rhodiola rosea. I'm sure other members will have other suggestions. Wish SWIY luck. Keep us posted on how it goes and what the withdrawal is like. |

Re: Hopping off the BZP bandwagon
SWIM was doing the same with BZP-TFMPP, initially used it to get on with things daily but then continued using it just for the sake of it. SWIM was using daily for nearly 4 months. It was beginning to have a visible effecton his health, loosing lots of wieght, jittery, really bad short term memory. He simply told himself after he used his last supply he would not buy more. That was it really not a particualry addictive substance, yeah he had cravings in the first week, very slightly in the second week, then after that gone, no desire to do it at all.
Just start sleeping regularly, dont think about it, dont buy any more when current supply is gone, spend the money you are spending on BZP now on something more worth while. Good luck! |
