Anal use - Anal Admin of Mephedrone

SWIM is looking for some advice for a friend of his regards anal Mephedrone administration. SWIM takes his lines worth of Meph and pops it into 5ml of water - uptakes in syringe canister and fires into SWIM's Anus. SWIM's friend also done this and loved the effect. It meant that the nose never got blocked up and that the amount used didn't need to be as much as that for an oral dosage. However on the first night SWIM's friend sometimes experienced a shooting pain in the lower abdomen, the need to clear the bowels and a "severe cramp" like feeling of the anus - it didn't happen all the time but when it did it was very uncomfortable. However the next time SWIus tried this they had these severe! pains everytime and ended up having to snort the Mephedrone. Does anyone know what may be causing these symptoms and is there anyway to avoid them or should SWIMs friend stop this method of administration. SWIM has also just read in one of the other sections that you should try and get stuff a good bit up into the anal passage and SWIus were only going in about 20mm. SWIM has read about people using gel caps for rectal administration - would these be better. Thank you.

No info that I've really seen out there on rectal admin of 4-MMcat. Some compounds can cause irritation or burning feelings when administered rectally and perhaps it is one of them. Also, some individuals report pain from 'chemical X' while others do not, so it seems a bit variable. Ed has never felt any discomfort from taking methylone rectally, but other have reported doing so. Ed has felt some intestinal discomfort (could perhaps be described as a cramping feeling) a short while after taking 2C-D rectally, but it goes away pretty quickly and is no worse than what he often feels in his stomach during the onset of 2C-D taken orally.

Ed would suggest that liquid solutions given with a syringe is the best method generally, and that 2cm is pretty shallow, Ed would suggest maybe 5cm or a bit more (?). But not going far enough wouldn't cause cramping, just loss of some of the dose. Changing to gelcaps doesn't seem to me to be likely to reduce whatever pain SWIY felt, either.

Maybe this drug is just not tolerated well when administered this way, for whatever reason.

Thanks for your input - like I said SWIM was fine and the friend not - guess it's just different strokes for different folks.

swim has been thinking about administering like this for a whilke.He snorted and hated the burning,he swallowed it which he now does whenever he takes and once he tried injecting it,but NEVER again,not good experience at all.Does anyone know f taking it rectally is any better than swallowing and would doses need altered? usually swim takes 250mg at once and no more than a gram over the night.thanks for any help

IMHO this is the best way to take mephedrone bar none if you've developed the (inevitable) tolerance issues. 150mg rectally for the initial "slap", then 100mg lines once an hour after that to keep things going as you wish. Weighing out a half gram bag keeps things to a reasonable duration and dosage, while still feeling good.

SWIM would recommend you start with 50mg with the above MOA (dissolve in 5mL of water, syringe) just to see where your tolerance is at. SWIM finds that 150mg is perfect for him, but everyone is different.

ok thanks for that,so swim would definatly need to alter the dose then.what he normally does is make a 250mg bomb before getting ready and by time he is out bath and shaved etc..its coming on then when out he bombs as needed.So if swim does this rectally instead of his usual 250mg swiy would say something like 150mg would be good for swim after the 50mg try out,because if it aint enough i dont think friends would be happy about swim dropping his trousers and sticking a syringe up his bum lol unfortunatly swim doesnt know where to get syringes from apart from the local needle exchange but as he used to be a heroin addict he would rather not go there.Anyone know where else in uk they can be bought?

SWIM had thought that this substance could be quite caustic to skin exposed to it so just wondered how this would affect this sensitive area? Does any SWIYs have any info about this? If it burns the nose would it not hurt the bum?

thats a good point.swim did try injecting it once (never again,scary) and he didnt feel any burn then,possibly because the water diluted it,whereas its not diluted when you snort.this is just a guess though

SWIM has to agree that the anal route is best for this particular RC - further to the original post SWIM popped up (no pun intended) SWIM's friend tried the detailed description somewhere else in the forum (sorry for the lack of info on where as I now can't find it) with MDMA. Lie on side get the (needless!!) syringe a good 5cm + up and administer liquid. Stay lying down for 3-5mins to help with absorbtion. This seemed to help remove the painful cramps and make less of the abdominal pains. The anal administration uses less Meph for a good hit (than oral) and saves SWIY's having the old blocked nose/sinuses.
