Combinations - naltrexone reaction

SWIM's fish are on an extended release naltrexone injection called vivitrol and is about to acquire his first RC for his fish....SWIM was wondering if his fish would be affected by being on naltrexone....SWIM remembers hearing that naltrexone affects the dopamine and/or serotonin and SWIM knows that hallucingens play a big role in this

With RC's it is really hard to say.This is yet another reason why swim will never,ever get a naltrexone injection.It is just part of the powers that be campaign to take away any and all abillity for swiy to experience pleasure.

Well the naltrexone injection has really saved SWIM's life due to his heroin addiction but now that he is done with that, SWIM was just wondering how this might come into play with other psychadelics

See there has to be better ways than injecting people with something that just might make them sick,miserable,and my theory is it isn't just about stopping opiates.It is about taking away as much pleasure as possible from a persons life.Feeling good from anything aside from alcohol,hardwork,and signing up for the armed forces is just wrong in the land of the "free".

the vivitrol injection might have produced some of those effects in other people but for SWIM, he still gets pleasure from everday things....SWIM tried methadone and suboxone but that didn't stop SWIM from still using heroin....once SWIM got on this naltrexone, SWIM never gets any urges....SWIM couldn't really live his life when he was addicted to heroin....SWIM's opinion is if you had an addiction as bad as his and you found a medicine that works for SWIM to reduce almost all of the cravings and blocks the high if you try to use, why not use this drug if it doesn't cause any other negative effects

It should be an informed decision made by an informed adult. Either way - that decision should be respected. When the government begins telling one what they may not take into their body, it can't be far away before said government decides what you must take into your body. Mental hospitals are good examples of this occurring.
