Hi i've just made an order for some good qauality powdered kratom i assume its just commercial grade(NoT the premium or super powder)because of the price. shall i just brew 18 grams of powderin water and drink allof it includeing the powder

? ore shall i just make some sort of extraction boiling the water down and filtering the powder.
