Help w/ pill ID, amphetamine salt?

SWIM's friend gave him a bottle of pills. The bottle says
amphetamine salts 30mg by barr. There are 2 types of pills
inside. Both are orange. He used the pill identifier and couldn't find anything.



One is circular w/ a cross on one side and on the other side an E on top and 404 on the bottom.



The others are oval w/ -3|0- on one side and on the other side a b on top and 974 on the bottom.



So what are they?



And if they are amphetamine salts, WTF are those?



Finally, whatever they turn out to be, what methods of use are possible (insufflate, IV, crush and eat, etc.)?
