Ive been reading up alot on XTC , its nasty sideeffects on your brain chemistry and the things i can do to minimize them. But ive read so much and sometimes different posts seem to contradict each other (like with the B6+5HTP story) so i'm not really sure i understand it all correctly . Heres how i get it , prior to rolling : take some multivitamins, get some good nights sleep, eat heatlhy (especially last 2 days) en cancel the roll if you feel stressed or depressed . while rolling : avoid alcohol and other types of drugs (except maybe some weed on the comedown) . Drink enough, preferably isotonic drinks, if rolling long enough eat some food . Take some antioxidants like vitamin C There's magnesium (1000mg??) if you start getting lockjaw or muscles spasms/cramps but it can be heavy on the stomach . To end the roll: On the comedown take 5HTP (200mg) to minimize depression and get to sleep a little better . Use a lower dosage (100mg) for about 4 to 5 days after the roll . What i got so far : 5HTP on order 120 100mg pills Multivitamins i had from last year when i was into fitness (are these still good ??) Questions i got: What antioxidants do you guys use , just regular vitamin C tables or those special anti-oxidant formulas you can buy at the gym and in what dosage. Can Someone explain to me again what the deal is with vit B6 and HTP5 , i read about 3 different versions of the same story and i feel confused about it . I also read somewhere you cant mix 5HTP with proteine rich foods or drinks (milk!) , but taking the 5HTP 1 hour in advance of the proteine should mean the 5HTP doesnt get cancelled out by the proteine . What dosage do you use with the magnesium , ive only seen one mention (1000mg) but that seems a bit high . |
