| Kava-Kava Piper methysticum |

So i have these capsules that contain Kava-Kava
a kava root, 200 mg each to be exact. The problem is they contain a
bunch of other stuff too because they are a diatary supliment. There is 10 mg of viatamin b,10mg of b2,10mg of niacinamide, 10mg of b6, and 200mg of st john's wort. Is there any use for these at all? i mean is there a way to extract the kava kava? i took like 5 of these making it 1000 mg of kava root and nothing.
