Side effects - 5-meo-dmt and breathing problems experienced with use

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has breathing difficultied on 5-meo? With the small quantities I have smoked (around 5-10mg) the effects are really astoundng, like reality is somehow billowing like a cloud of gas, lots of audio flanges and clicks/pops etc. I would really like to increase the dose but the apparent breathing difficulties I experience after smoking are worrying. Is this substance known to cause respiratory problems or is it just a state of mind during the trip?
