SWIM has a question about taking meth and being diagnosed with ADD.
SWIM has been prescribed to adderall for about 8 years now, well, started off on ritalin, but soon moved to adderall. His ADD problems are pretty much non-existant now and he doesn't even take the medication anymore. He can take 80mg of adderall and feel absolutely nothing though. Is it because of a tolerance or what? SWIM still gets the medication, but hasn't been taking it for the past 2 years except maybe once a month. He was supposed to take 60mg per day, 1 pill in the morning, 1 in the afternoon. Anyways, onto the question... SWIM has tried meth twice before and got almost nothing out of it. He is guessing that it's because of the same reason that adderall doesn't work for him. When he tried it, the first time he snorted a single Desoxyn. The 2nd time, a friend of SWIM's had some crystals and so SWIM smoked them. Once again, he didn't feel much at all. He wants to feel the effects of methamphetamine, but doesn't want to overdo it and take a huge dose. Anybody else with the same problem? Suggestions? |
