SWIM would like to thank all the posters for their
research into this news. as SWIM knows the drug laws and penalties are quite harsh in Japan. therefore SWIM will be watching closely to see what will happen. SWIM will guess they will all be put on the illegal list. and will not be able to obtained. Japan went though something close to this about 7 years ago when all the loop holes that permitted magic mushrooms and peyote to be closed. thanks again |

Thanks for all the information on this thread. Very strange that the authorities here are implementing without any overt public notifications. Reading through the list of newly banned substances I see that Kratom does not appear to be listed. Can anyone confirm from the Japanese law that Kratom has not been included in the new list?
