whoops... swim appologizes he meant to type hydromorphone, not hydrocodone... when swim thinks about pulling the trigger on 16mg of hydromorphone, he gets disoriented
 swiy didnt state their usual everyday doses... if swiy has banged hydromorphone then they know what is a usual dose for them and what isnt. its gonna be a different high and rush on top of the methadone... 4mg might be enough for swiy. they could fix 8mg, push slow to half(4mg), and wait for the flash to decide to keep going with the other half or stop and save it. post swiy usual daily usage to compare, and how this goes...
