We're talking recreational doses.....

Obviously, the OP's monkey has no concern with standard dosage for therapeutic means, if he's buying Pakistani diazepam.

Not necessarily true. What if the OP does not have health insurance and cannot afford to go see a doctor to get it prescribed for therapeutic reasons? That would be one reason to buy foreign prescriptions.

Sparkles is gonna assume that as the OP is in Ireland and can obtain diazepam by prescription from her GP, that they're using them to self medicate because their GP won't provide them (common in the UK), or that they're using them recreationally. Firstly, with any drug it's always safe to start at the lowest dose and work up, never start with the maximum dose, and with diazepam the lowest dose is 2mg, the max is 10mg. In exceptional cases UK doctors will give a higher dose than 10mg, but usually in a supervised setting. They're also only given short term due to their highly addictive quality.

Remember, DF is about harm reduction, so advising anyone that 3 10mg diazepam will give nice buzz is dangerous advice, after all, how does anyone here know exactly what max dose the OP has taken in the past? Is 30mg a good, safe buzz if they combine it with 6 pints of beer, or with other drugs they may use? Without knowing the details it's impossible to tell anyone what the effects of any drug will haver on them, advising them to use 30mg of diazepam (three times the safe therapeutic dose) without pointing out the dangers, could even be seen as irresponsible?

People are always gonna wanna get high, and if they need info DF is the best place to obtain it, but it must be balanced with harm reduction advice. DF isn't here to give tips on how to get wasted the quickest with minimal cost, and the OP deserves to be given the truth, told the risks they're taking along with any helpful advice concerning the pleasurable effects of any drug they may be considering taking. How often is the argument posed here about drugs being dangerous due to policy makers not being honest, about the BS people are fed daily by the media? Well you can't call BS on the media, and then give out less than honest advice about drugs and their effects, because you're talking rec use.

I also think it was a good point to make about why people use internet pharmacies. After all, not everyone has access to meds, and for other reasons than a doctors refusal to prescribe.

Hi,

SWIM also has these Pakistani Valium by Roche (produced by Roche Pakistan Limited in Karachi, including regn.No., mfg.lic.No.), but have not tried them yet. SWIM looked it up online and indeed found a Roche department in Karachi. The strip of pills does look professional and real, but you never know.
SWIM has some real original Rivotril/Klonopin prescibed from her GP. And the pills look exactly the same, except the color is different, blue for Valium instead of yellow for Rivotril.
SWIM was also wondering if they could be fake, having seen a television programm about fake med's and is now a bit worried of trying them out....
