Relapse is as necessary to recovery as drugs are to using, and your therapist was so right, beating yourself up won't change what's already happened, so stop doing it. Give yourself a pat on the back, you've learned something valuable from this, so it wasn't a totally negative experience.
The fact that you're still as determined to quit as before this happened, is a huge achievement, be proud of that.
Everyone experiences tough times, and we all deal with it it different ways. Some people hold it in, others just go to pieces, and there are those of us who have a rant, and get it out. So don't worry about it, it's in the past, just move on luv.
