According to a few places, Trazodone increases the effects of CNS depressants (i.e. alcohol). So smaller doses of alcohol will give the effects of higher doses. This can be dangerous with larger doses of alcohol due to the CNS depression (i.e. you may stop breathing naturally etc.)

Do not drink grapefruit juice whilst on trazodone, do not abruptly discontinue the trazodone, do not dose at night time.
Do take with/after food and do report and seek immediate medical help if you hold priapism from longer than 4 hours (constant boner, pocket rocket, pink oboe, ...erection).
