There was a point where SWIM
was new to heroin
and blew through $20,000 in a month time, and yeah, he was doing like constant shots of heroin, probably one every hour. But he learned quickly that this was not the way to enjoy heroin or get the most effects out of it. It was not euphoric anymore and just was a huge waste, financially, vein wise, and feeling wise.
SWIM believes that 1-3 times a day (3 every once in a while and 2 at most - once in the morning and once at night), is the only way really to maintain heroin usage. To keep it always feeling good, and not need more and more of it. SWIM noticed that ALL the older addict
he knows, like 35-55 years old, shoot one bag of heroin, and 1-3 times a day. SWIM is at that point 2 after just 4 years, and really regrets how he ruined himself financially chasing a feeling that you can't have unless you have a miniscule, tiny bit of discipline, and not completely 100% abandon. That $20,000 month could last SWIM a year and a half now, and he'd be a fucking lawyer ATM who could easily afford it. Stupid on SWIM.
If anyone has a different experience or viewpoint I would love to hear it. I didn't mean to speak against anyone - just saying what SWIM has personally seen and experienced.
